AOL does not TELL members VITAL FACTS
Is there any way I can email you stuff already formatted on AOL message boards?
If not I'll have to get to it later.
AOL has a devilish combination of
DECEPTION and CONFUSION and OMISSION in their general information screens, and
ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL FINANCIAL INFO for the "account holder" that is NOT in ANY of these screens, but ONLY in the member contract itself that a lot of members don't even read.
This leads I am sure to thousands and thousands of dollars worth of business for the company store (SHOP DIRECT) that they wouldn't otherwise get.
