Anthem Coffee Creamer Manufactured and Distributed by Bay Valley foods, LLC
There bottle says non dairy creamer and when you look at the back of the bottle it says contains milk and sodium caseinate a milk derivative.
As a person allergic to dairy ithis product got me sick. I called this company and they started talking about some BS federal regulation they did the label right. In which they did on the back but the front it should state it contains milk as well. This so bad to people that are allergic to milk. How do they get away with this. When calling them they said its lactose free but it doesnt say that anywhere either..
Please share this people so nobody else gets sick!!

I agree with you, the label is deceptive on its face. It clearly says "non-dairy" on the front label in big bold letters and "contains milk" on the back label. This is the very definition of deceptive advertising.
Report the vendor to the FTC and FDA. Here is information about deceptive food advertising and who regulates it. As consumers if more of us did what you did then the vendors would straighten up IMO. https://www.americanbar.org/publications/blt/2009/05/04_ernst.html
