Andrew Gioia has been a friend of mine. He needed a place to stay. I gave him a verbal lease, with no deposit on my duplex. Mistake

#1. Every time I came to visit, he showed me his new Corvette he paid cash for... his new BMW he paid cash for.... and talked about his carribean vacations. Then he would get on the phone and talk to his stock broker. He runs a temporary labor company named "Moving Forces Incorporated" which is incorporated in either NJ or PA. He has told me that he fails to carry worker's comp insurance for his employees, and that he fails to file the appropriate Income Tax for his employees.

Here is what he did to me...

He refused to pay his rent for 8 months. He ran up an electric bill in my name to the amount of $800. Then he had the nerve to try to tell the judge that I had promised him he could live there FREE!

Fortunately, I had a copy of the single rent check he wrote to me, which verified the rental amount. Result... a court judgement of over $4000.00 against him... Next I have to report him to credit agencies et......and seize his bank account.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM ARTIST.
