Andrew Gioia has been a friend of mine. He needed a place to stay. I gave him a verbal lease, with no deposit on my duplex. Mistake
#1. Every time I came to visit, he showed me his new Corvette he paid cash for... his new BMW he paid cash for.... and talked about his carribe...
