I was employed at Amy's Floral 2706 E. University Suite 10 Mesa, Az 85215 from August 9,1999 until January 10,2000. During that time taxes were witheld from my paycheck. These withholdings were never filed with the IRS and I never recieved a W-2 form from Amy's Floral.

I noticed early on in my employment that I was not getting paid for all the hours I had worked. I was keeping a record and I was shorted hours on 5 different paychecks. I brought this to Amy's attention, but was never compensated for the hours I did not get paid. From that point on I was paid for the hours worked because she knew I was watching carefully.

However she wrote me several checks that were returned insufficient that cause me to have check bounce in my account. These checks were never made good. The bounced check, return item#991110 in the amount of $186.32 and the four overdrafts/NSF fees to my account totaling $100.00 were never paid, even though Amy told me several times she would pay them, her excuse was she needed me to bring her the returned check, I was unable to do that because the bank did not send it to me.

She said if the bank wouldn't send it then she didn't have to pay it.The total taxes withheld was $457.76. The total back pay owed is $306.50. The total bad checks and NSF charges for issuing bad checks is $286.32. Besides being dishonest with employees, Amy's Floral is not a licensed business and does not pay the IRS or file taxes.

She is an Armenian immigrant and feels that she is above the law, and has expressed this many times when I have tried to collect this money. I would appreciate your help in getting all that is owed to me.

ANDREA MORGAN IS A BLOND DUMB THIEF ALL THE TAXES ON HER PAY CHECK HAS BEEN PAID SHE CAN CHECK THIS WITH THE AZ DEPT. OF REV. AND THE IRS. SHE TRIED TO BLACKMAIL US WITH THIS TAX WITHHOLDING THING BUT IT DID NOT WORK.

SHE ALSO DIDN'T MENTION THE POLICE REPORT WE HAD FILED ON HER AFTER ALL SHE IS A BLOND!

WHEN SHE WAS FIRED SHE STOLE ABOUT 5 OR 6 ITEMS FROM THE STORE WE HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON HER AND MAKE A POLICE REPORT ABOUT. THIS THEN SHE HAD NO CHOICE TO BRING THEM BACK. SHE HAS 5 OR 6 BOYFRIENDS SHE WAS CONSTANTLY ON THE PHONE SHE TRIED TO SEND FLOWERS TO HER BOYFRIENDS WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT.

SHE WAS ALWAYS LATE TO WORK FOR SOME REASON SHE ALWAYS THINKS SHE IS IN DISNEYLAND THIS GIRL IS A TYPICAL AIR-HEAD.

In an effort to get the alleged victim "Andrea Morgan" her money owed, badbusinesbureau.com was promised 20% nontax deductible donation for our time to call and mediate a settlement that she could not get resolved for months.

The settlement collected for her was for half the amount she originally claimed, because Andrea Morgan admitted that all she was really owed was only about half the original amount owed..!

Andrea never sent a thank you note or a check, not even a simple e-mail thanking us for getting her what was owed.

When I called her to ask about the money she was to send, she stated that, according to her bishop, she did not have to send us anything. She then abruptly hung up!

During an interview with the Florist, Amy repeated a remark made by Andrea, something that was no surprise to me. When Andrea realized she got caught stealing, she bragged that she was a mormon and she would not get into any trouble for what she did?

Andrea Morgan's friend Peggi Paredes of Higley Arizona, whose E-mail address was [email protected], must have paged the badbusinessbureau more that 6 times in an effort to push for us to get Andreas money (allegedly) owed to her ASAP! When we called Peggi about the $67.00 Andrea owed to the badbusinessbureau, she just hung up on me! I called back another time and all she said was, "She does not have to pay someone like you."

I suspect that they were familiar with my web site www.MesaAZcorruptionReport.com and that this was just a scheme from the beginning to defraud the badbusinessbureau. ... Well, ...they have met their match!

Flyers will be distributed in their neighborhood and at their church so their fellow brethren will know these members are in good standing, fortifying mormon teachings and traditions, that, "we are above the law."

Yes, Folks it takes all kinds, Just about the time the badbusinessbureau helped a poor downtrodden Mormon lady recover funds Scammed by her former employer she turned around and bit the hand that recovered her cash for her!

I played back the tape of our last phone conversation, you say your husband is an FBI agent? If he were, you would not be telling me such a thing. You must be a terrible embarrassment to him.

Even though I'm in California, I will have you served and I will have flyers on you posted and I will let your bishop know about your activities. Will he even care? I guess it's they're job to get you off the hook, even with sex crimes and other criminal activity.
