Amy's Floral Unfiled Withholdings employee ripoff Mesa Arizona
I was employed by Amy's Floral,2706 E. University, Suite 10 Mesa,Az 85215, for approximatley 6 months. During that time taxes were withheld from my paycheck but never filed with the IRS. I was never given a W-2 form for the 1999 tax filing. Also I found when going over the records, ...
