I was having my winter vacation at Orlando,Florida one week ago and I celebrated my millenium party there and took some great pictures. The next day, I bring my film to a gift shop at downtown orlando to be developed. When I pick it up the next day, I paid them the amount of $25.41 for developing 3 films of mine. After I paid them, I opened the envelope and found that all the pictures are purple and there is a big scratch on every single paper. I talked to the shop attendant and I asked my money back. Instead of giving my money back, he argued with me that he could not authorize on refund, so he said I had to come back later to talk to the store owner, because the owner was not in town. I accepted his argument and came back the next day. The next day, I explained my case to another attendant and tried to speak to the owner, but she said that the owner is SLEEPING and she would not call him. She told me to come back at 12 midnight before the store closes. Then I came back to the store at 12 midnight only to argue with the store manager who said that it is not his problem and he even dare to argue with me that the pictures that they developed are perfectly normal. I grabbed him on his collar and told him to call the owner. The owner came and argued with me for a couple minutes and refused to refund my money. I see no point of arguing with them anymore, therefore I am filing this complaint.
