Amerigas ripoff mistreats customers Rome Ohio
I want Amerigas to remove their propane tank. I have moved my business to Level propane their competitor. I have told them to remove it yet they do not. May 13th, 2002 I told them I was charging them $25 a day to store their tank at my residence. It is June and they still haven't removed it. They sent what little was owed on my bill to a collection agency when They owe me hundreds for storing their tank. And they tell me they are coming tomorrow to drain the tank and credit me whenever I call. They never come.
I would advise anyone thinking of going with Amerigas to not even bother. I had been a customer for years and this is how they treat me. I just want the d**n tank removed. Their prices are too high.
My brother got a brand new tank from them. The regulator was bad and they lost their entire tank. Amerigas billed them for coming out and for having an empty tank. Even though it was amerigas's faulty regulator that was on the tank.
Once again I just want that d**n tank removed from my premises!

I know exactly how you feel,but unlike your situation,the bastards not only treated me like s**t, they trespassed and destroyed my property by tearing up my lawn to get their piece of s**t tank,then if that wasnt enough,that "sorry a*s piss poor excuse for a human being" ron barker(owner and driver of that vehicle) of momence bottle gas tried to ruin my reputation with not only one but TWO gas providers saying I owed them a bill (that I have a reciept for paying) and the gas provider Im with now says he already had a customer that had the SAME d**n THING happen to him too,with the same a*****e(momence bottle gas)
