This entity has an unlicensed person acting as a nurse, using the title nursing supervisor, managing, supervising, and delegating tasks to licensed nurses. When approached about the FACT that a unlicensed person cannot act in a role that delegates clinical tasks to licensed nurses, the HR Director and CEO became defensive and have refused to pay me the days I worked there.

I witnessed the most lack of organization and inefficiency at this place, than any other. The skilled nursing note documentation is begging for a lawsuit and or sanction, while the quality management compliance area goes in and edits the notes of nurses after each has been signed and submitted. When asked, "does the software Axxess timestamp and that you edited the skill note (ie the original nurse did not write what you are now typing on the patient's record)", I was told, "Well sometimes yes, and sometimes no!" WHAT IN THE WORLD?!

I had to pinch myself to ensure, I was not dreaming. This entity is full of extremely nice people, dont get me wrong. However, the business practices are questionable and certainly there is concern for why a definitive date on when my check will be available is so difficult. An employee noted that he is paid with a check not payroll and I found that to be suspicious after I asked for a manual company check, and was denied.

I figured some under the table payments were taking place with the alternate employee (I guess). Further, this entity self admitted that the quality management personnel has issue with his/her nursing license but just giggled it off as if all is well. My primary concern is I need paid, and I need "Trishu" to stop impersonating a nurse.

We worked hard for our license, if she wants to be a nurse then go tackle the educational battle with blood, sweat and tears like the rest of us. Trishu gets no free pass and should go sit down somewhere with those dangly earrings, face full of make up, and high heel shoes. Trishu should not advertise herself as Nurse Supervisor to avoid legal trouble and simply make sure the timesheet reflects my hours worked for my pay.
