American Truck Group, United Truck Funding, UTG, Gulfport Mississippi Are the biggest frauds!!! and Liars!! West, East, North, And South of the Mississippi. Dont trust one alphabet that come out of any person mouth that work for these CROOKS!!!!. My first truck purchased from these CROOKS was a 2008 volvo on 2/13/12 all fees were paid and all documents were signed. And i was told all fees were paid. And i could leave the lot and start hauling freight. After i was hauling loads weeks later they said i owe for regristration and 2290 $2439.00 so when i got back to Gulfport Mississippi i left my 1980 classic restored peterbilt valued $35.000 at there yard after i bought the 2008 volvo. When i arrived back to Gulfport Mississippi the owner LOUIS NORMAND offered me $35.000 for my 1980 classic restored peterbilt.

So i agreed to sell at that price Back to the 2290 and the regristration on the 2008 volvo. They beat me out of the 2290 and the regristration fees twice. that is one of there SCAMS after you sign the documents.

So the sale of the 1980 classic restored peterbilt trade-in value $35.000. Towards my second truck wich was a 2009 prostar international. on 3/19/12 once the deal was made and agreed on they would not produce the contract with the remaining balance from the 2290 and the regristration fees back towards the 2008 volvo truck. The amount on the prostar contract showing $26.954.00 cash deposit from the sale of the 1980 classic restored peterbilt with a remainding balance of $8.046.00 towards the 2008 volvo contract on top of my cash already deposited $9.0000 cash. Now the prostar have mechanical issues and the truck is over 2300 miles from Gulfport Mississippi American truck group refuse to pay repair bill i was told the truck must be within 500 miles of Gulfport Mississippi when you have repair issues.

So i had to eat the repair bill the engine kept shutingdown code kept flashing the exhaust filter was plugged the air conditioner shut down in the hottest time of the summer sleeper air bag went bad. took the truck to riverview
international dealer in West Sacramento Ca the total bill was $3.766.25 American Truck Group UTG National Truck Funding Whatever you want to call them did not pay one red cent.

Now the truck is out of the shop me and my driver have a load each from California. First stop was Vicksburg Mississippi power only load. Now empty heading  up to New Albany Mississippi Walmart to drop the empty trailer off. Now my driver is
bobtailing we convoy over to the loves truck stop in Tupelo Mississippi where i parked my truck and ride with my new driver to make sure he finds the dropoff and pickup locations ok. So now we are in Alabama at Walmart picking up the next power only trailer to be loaded in Houston Mississippi going to Allentown Pennsylvania. Now loaded heading back to the Loves Truck stop in Tupelo Mississippi to pick up my truck so we can start heading up to the North East we both have deliveries tomorrow night. Once we arrived to the Loves truck stop i got out of my drivers truck and walked over to my truck. once i got to the door to enter my key into the door to unlock it two guys in a car told me to give him the keys they were sent here to take the truck from us. So i looked at him like what are you talking about. So i refused to surrender and got back in my drivers truck and told the repo man if they sent you here why didnt they send you with any keys. He told me he could not take the truck with a hot load wich were a full load of onions. So going around verbaly in circles for around two hour i wanted to know why are you here to take the trucks. so he called Cox and Cox told me everyone in the office were gone for the day wich was a STRAIGHT LIE!!. So first  thing in the morning whatever the issue was i would be able to resolve it in the morning. And get
the trucks back. This was 8/7/12  around 6:00pm Mississippi Time. After the going in circles with Cox he came to a agreement with me and said he had to take the trucks to a nearby impound yard in Amory Mississippi. So i had to rent a room at the super 8 up the road from the loves truckstop in Tupelo Mississippi. So morning comes and they tell me i have to pay the inpound yard $1200.00 to get my truck back. I just paid the two trucks up the previous month in full only
owe for Friday on the 2008 volvo and monday for the 2009 prostar international. So now they would not take my credit card on 8/7/12. I was told it had to be certified funds and now i had to wait til tomorrow and send the money Western Union Quick collect ONLY. 8/8/12 ALL FEES are payed including repo amount $1200.00 plus two weekly truck payments total came to $3.768.91 Western Union. Now me and my driver caught a cab from Tupelo Mississippi to Amory Mississippi to pick the trucks up we both got URGENT LOADS to be deliveried. I was told once they recieved the western union quick collect  with proof of payment wich was in my hand at this time faxed to me at the super 8 motel first thing in the morning. The Repo man told me to have the cab drop me off at the school in Amory Mississippi right next to the storage yard. Im on the phone with him in the cab letting him know we are almost near and once i arrived he would not answer his phone after that point. So then we are there about 4 hours waiting in front of the impound yard.

At this point i knew he was working with American truck Group to keep me from picking up my trucks so now we called the same taxi back down from Tupelo Mississippi to come back to get us we had to check back into another room. Now i kept calling the repo man he was FULL of lies too. Next day he had the nerves to tell me he saw me and my driver standing under the tree all while he refuse to come out of his house wich is accross the street frome the impound yard. Me being a African American i cant help but to see Racism in all of this and i am not racist at all.The whole story was he was stalling me and refusing me to pick up my truck while watching me he told me he was watching me so how would you see this if it was you and especially if you were a African America in the South( Amory Mississippi).  everybody is not racist because i have friends of all color so i know im not. The trucks sat there for three day it took til friday late before i could go into the yard now i have to pay more money $300.00 for my trailer storage Trucks are gone Back to Gulfport Mississippi i also have GPS DEVICES installed on the two trucks as i seen where the trucks were and when they left as i watch them travel down the highway on my phone. Now im stuck in the impound yard with no trucks took my money a full load of onion going bad these are some sick people JUDGEMENT DAY WILL COME PLEASE BELIEVE STAY TUNE.
