Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On April 29, 2012, we went to Gulfport to pick up the truck of our dreams and to do our paperwork.  We arrived to be told that we would have to wait until the following day to close on the truck but they needed the money now and I was specifically told by Jimmy Johnson not to ask about the price of the payment again (after asking about 5 times).

Next day we were told closing would have to wait until Monday.  I stated, "I couldn't wait due to my job and had to be back in Arkansas the following morning (I work for the government).  We went to the closing table and was not told everything about the tags and insurance but rather someone would call us on Monday and let us chose what we wanted to do.

Monday and Tuesday of the following week no one could give us a straight answer other than we had to use their tags and insurance.  The lady that did the closing was fired (or that is what we were told) but then they still would not release the information to get the truck insured.

We took the truck back on the following Saturday and was told due to the situation (by John) that he would try to get all of our money back (again, another lie).  Was told by the lady who we signed the truck back that she would call us on Monday to let us know what was happening with the refund (another lie).

It is now Thursday and the Regional Manager Ralph tells me he is going to charge us a weeks truck payment even though we never were able to use the truck.  We even had the dispatcher for the haul company to try and work things out with them as well and he was lied too.

Do not use this company.  It is only rich people trying to stick it to the little people who are just trying to make it in this economy.  I will not rest until all of our money is back and that they can not do this to any other family.

It is time that Americans speak out for what they believe in and taking advantage of the working poor is not what is right for America.

Also, the General Manager Ralph asked me on the phone what would it take to come to the same amount to fix the issue and I stated give all of our money back.  Ralph then stated, "That is not fair, we have to pay things like advertising."

My thought is, "The working poor should not be punished or have to pay for someone's advertising.  It's called a business expense the last time I took acounting!!!!!

Speak up American Truck Drivers and do not let them run over you any more.  Truckers are what keep this country going and enough is enough.

ONE VOICE CAN TURN INTO A STADIUM OF VOICES IF WE STAND TOGETHER AND SAY NO MORE
