I was contacted by American Residential Law Group after trying first to do a loan modification with Taylor Bean and Whitaker and then Bank of America, of course their answer is no we cannot help you, although they received all this bailout money. Well American Residentail contacted me and seemed very interested in helping me, I mentioned to Dennys Casimiro of my being leary of giving that kind of money and he told me that they can help, so being desperate I sent it to them, at first I heard from them and then it got to be less and less I was with one mitigator and then another and then contact stopped on December 2nd.

I am suppose to believe now that the Law Offices of William O'Toole are suppose to help me now but their communication skills are no better than American Residential Law Groups.

I have fileda complaint with the Attorney General, in Florida and have contacted my local news stations WSBTV if there is any one in Georgia that has been through this please contact your local tv station, and ask for John B.(WSBTV)

William O'Toole Law Group who had taken over my loan modification free of charge called me today 3/10/11 and said that to proceed with my loan modification the must get 800.00 to complete a CMA

Competitive Market Analysis, or an appraisal.  These should cost no more than 300 to 400.00, but do you think I am going to give him money when they have not bothered to call me in 3 months, and when they do the first thing they want is more money.

Class Action Lawsuit needs to be filed

To the responder in Stone Mountain please contact John Bachman at WSBTV, I have been in touch with him.  I am continuing towork with Bank of America bu tthey too drag their feet, contact the President and CEO's office at your bank and tell them what is happening and demand help with a loan modification, it is difficult to deal with the banks but if you stand your ground and take the time you can get there.

I am not having much luck with Willaim O'Tooles group it is about the same answer every week, it is with the bank and they will contact me the next week which they never do.

Hello Greg- I too, am in this situation with ARLG- Not sure what else we can do- I am also going to contact WSB and see if we can't make some noise- this is terrible and sad- I am disabled from a car accident and am left to figure out what I would do if I lose my home- I have 3 dogs and a son to look after- I really thought ARLG was on the up and up- looks like it took about a year for the walls to come down on them-

The only good thing for me is that Chase is not threatening me yet- looks like someone was trying to do some type of job to get mine done- all papers were submitted the day they asked for them- I was right there every time- ARLG knew that I was keeping files and notes on every email and phone call- so maybe- they tried to do right by me??? Not sure

I have not contacted William O'Toole- maybe today just to see where they are coming from- this is not looking good though- I am going to have to look for options in the case that this goes way south- thanks for posting and allowing me to piggy back your complaint.
