Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was thinking of renewing my contract but further research and dealing with this idiots. I think my mind is made up that it would be a waste of money.

I called to place a service call and with a foot of water in my basement from the ac unit and no A|C. And no service yet I called friday and said that someone would be out here it is monday and called the contractor no work ordered placed called AHS and they never heard of me.

Well I think this is service I can do without they stink keep your money and save up for further repairs. My heart goes out to all the unlucky people who have to deal with this company.

In reference to the individual who wanted to know why a person from the south would need air conditioning; learn geography. The climatology of Memphis allows for temperatures as high as the mid-80s in the early weeks of November. Additionally, with Memphis's low altitude and humidity even temperatures of the high 70s can be unbearable. Compliments of a 6th grade geography teacher.

Like the previous person said if you shut your a/c off it will quit leaking which shouldn't be to hard to figure out. One other question why do you need an a/c on in november????

I do appologize for the outcome of that workorder. I do understand your frustration with this as I would also be frusterated. The customer service rep probably had a hard time locating your contract on our database. Had they been able to locate it, they would have been able to help you further. Just as a tip -- A/C leaking water is not considered an Emergency because once you turn of the A/C if will stop leaking. Most customers complain about this, but come on damage to your house or personal comfort. Tough decision? I think not. Also it does take up to an hour for the faxes to get to the technician. If there are other conditions let the representative know! The more relavent information available to him/her the better they can help you.
