American Freight Furniture Morgan Frantz My Daughter has just graduated a year early, she just got her first apartment so her father, and I decided to buy her some furniture for her new apartment, so we went to american freight in north miami the manager MORGAN FRANTZ overcharged me by 1,214.00. When I noticed the charges on my receipt they did not match the charges on my credit card slip I was charged 2,445.00, Miami Gardens Florida
so I wanted to know why I was overcharged by 1,214.00. I thought it was an error as we all make errors sometimes I gave MORGAN FRANTZ two days to explain to me the huge overcharged, He try to avoid me and the second day, I then ask for another manager but I wasn't getting any help with this matter I also called the corporate office and still no respones, I canceled the order with american freight on the 13th of november, so why haven't I received my refund to my credit card yet. The whole store are THIEVES including their corparte office.I have been waiting since the 13th of November to get refunded on my credit card. Now I know this store and the people they have working for them are all THIEVES, Am sure am not the only one these people has solen from, and how can people feel like they can hold onto your money and it doesn't belong to them... I WANT MY 2,445.00 REFUNDED BY TO MY CREDIT CARD.
