In December 2016 I had my check @ 1st Currency Exchange & every 6 months Ashley the owner Lonnie's daughter would play games & act like mine & my husband's SSI checks weren't there & they were I even confirmed this with Social Security & only 1 time they cut my check off because my husband's ex wife called & spread some lies they believed & cancelled our checks & when I found out I went & straightened it up & the check was there a day later & Kenney Bank said the check was there & Ashley said it wasn't & I knew it was until she claimed she found it 3 weeks later & I got tired of it so I switched my check to AMEX Serve card because they only took out 1.00 out of my check for having the card so I was fine with that & in January I got my 1st direct deposit and it was fine no problems, got my check in February & had nothing but problems after that, 1st they kept stealing my money I was told they'd take 1.00 out of my money that's why I got the card & in the past when I went to Walmart & reloaded the old card that got stolen that's what the process was which this was the 1st time I had my SSI check direct deposited on the card but anyway, they kept stealing money because every month I knew exactly how much I used when I used it & how much I still had, & money kept coming up missing I excused because I can't do math that good I checked it every time I used it on my calculator & that's how I knew how much I had, how much I spent on my card, & where all my money was going. I overlooked it, & tried on several occassions to pay for the hotel Howard Johnson & several times it got approved & several it didn't & when it didn't again I checked my acct. to see how much I had in my acct. before I went to pay for the hotel & everytime I had money in my acct. when complained was told that the money would drop off & to use it again a couple days later because HoJO put a freeze on my card I called the management/owner of HOJO & was told that they didn't put a freeze on my acct. that once I paid the money was paid & on several occassions I know this was how it was because the next day I went & used the card to get food or pay bills with, etc.......... but on these other occassions this did not happen, one time I tried to order a cane for my husband on Maxi Aids & it got approved & shipping was on the way the next day I got an email it was denied and again told same thing when called AMEX but 10 minutes after went & paid for the hotel room @ HOJO & it went through, again called AMEX & told generic answers that Maxi Aids put a freeze on my acct. & that it went through but when the freeze went off my acct. that's when it was approved to pay for the hotel called Maxi Aids tried several times told same thing AMEX was denied, called AMEX & told the same thing, did this several times, but then April rolled around I had a balance of 350.00 AMEX stole my money because again I kept track of everything I spent & I know for a fact I had a balance of 350.00 & called AMEX to make sure they said I had a balance of 350.00 the next day received an email stating that my AMEX acct. was negative, I went & done research & found out, that indeed I had 350.00 that was stolen called AMEX & they swore I spent it all I did not I filed a claim they retaliated & cancelled my card & said I couldn't use the card or any other AMEX card ever again I got mad & filed a lawsuit. I got all the stuff they claimed I bought which they knew I did not.

 Do you actually expect anybody to make any sense out of this? Why not get a second grader to write for you. They won't be using one long run-on sentence without sentence structure, lack of punctuation and grammar!
