We bid on an inline auction on amazon.com. the auction was for a Disney video, the seller being Amanda Lilii from [email protected]
We won the bidding, and paid for the merchandise by credit card, so the money was directly deposited into her account immediately. We have now attempted to contact her for verification of sale and for a ship date. To date(1/10/00) she has yet to return an email with desired information. Now we would like a complete refund, but are not sure of our rights/limitations.
