This is something else. I have just received my first bill from these people. It says Delinquency Notice and the time they say I used it, I happened to be in jail.
This is fraud. There is no way my computer called them on its own. I refuse to pay this bill.
Every time I have called the customer service line I get a recording to go online using www.alyon.com and some french site appears. The recording says to go to their web site and click on my bill and it will give a detail billing. This is a bunch of bull.
