Allstate Allstate didn't cancel Insurance until the mortgage was paid off. Irmo, SC South Carolina
Allstate has lied about why they have cancel my house insurance. We had a Hail storm in May 2014. They wouldn't pay for my roof. They claimed it was old, but they renew my insurance in July of 2014 and renew it again in 2015 and did not notify me until two months ago that they wouldn't renew my insurance because of an old roof. Kelvin Wood did this by phone. He wouldn't give me any information to who was over him or his boss. I feel like they stole my premium for 2014 and part of 2015 because I told them to cancel it since my roof wasn't covered. I reported this to the BBB and still not satisfied with the around about answer I got from them.
