One of the owners is Amru Mohamed Hamdy Abdalla and the news media, such as www.azcentral.com (Channel 12 news and Arizona Republic Newspaper) had printed a couple of articles on this clown and his moving company-mainly, asking why these guys are not in jail. Now with alot of people losing their homes to foreclosure, people are desperate for good deals as far as movers are concerned-this company has scammed alot of people and they are now operating under a different name-Movers & A Truck. Allstar is allegedly still operating also. Arizona Dept of Weights and Measures regulates moving companies-and there are a TON of unresolved complaints on file with the Better Business Bureau-do not confuse this company with a reputable one as Mr. Abdalla has a couple variations of company names he uses and consumers are being confused with a legitimate moving company (Allstar Metro for example)- Several lawsuits against this company have been filed in court, and the Arizona Department of Weights and Meaures regulates moving companies-they have insurance certificates and bonds in the company file so if Mr. Abdalla refuses to give you his insurance info, call AZDWM. This company has an "F" rating with the local Better Business Bureau Office and numerous families have complained of being ripped off and having their furniture held hostage until MORE money was paid. Chandler Police Dept were called recently by someone this company ripped off and the police dept says a moving company cannot hold your goods in lieu of more money. Criminal charges were in the works against Mr. Abdalla and one of his associates (another Middle Easterner).Quotes are not being kept, hidden charges galore, taking advantage of desperate people looking for a good deal. They also have coupons and fliers in the mail (ValuPack amongst others) and this is where alot of consumers saw the ad.
Google this company and visit www.azcentral.com... which has had articles on this shady moving company. Also, visit www.azdwm.gov, www.bbb.org and find out why these owners and this company need to be shut down and put in jail. DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE OR STORE YOUR STUFF!!!
