I ordered a waterproof digital video camera over two months before my honeymoon three week vacation. I just received it 59 days later. I disputed the charges and late delivery and was denied. This store did not give any indication it was being delivered by SWEDEN POST of which it WAS! They (Wendy Hu Store) say it was tied up in customs but i have ordered MANYMANY items from Ali Express and have received them long before this finally came. After several communications they still dont want to refund my cost. They pretty much are telling me to eat it. This camera was purchased solely for this trip we have taken and now are back home three weeks later.
Horrible shipping time and equal communication on thier behalf.
