Complaint Review: Alexandra R. McIntosh McIntosh Law Firm - Carlsbad CA

Here is a recently discovered a horrific fact about our legal system. As a matter of fact, this fact is beyond disturbing.... Alexandra McIntosh is just another example of corruption in the Court system and weak Rule/Policy compliance mandate of the Bar Association. While she has a Criminal Convection listed as a "felony DUI", pulse so much more, the complete disregard for the public safety by the California BAR Association is appalling!

As of now, there is only three states, in the United States of America, that DO NOT allow a convicted felon to be an admitted Attorney/Officer of the Court, with legal privileges and the ability to argue of sending people to jail, arguing take away children from parents, arguing to set pedophiles free, etc....  As of 2017, three states – Kansas, Mississippi and Texas – and one U.S. territory, The Northern Mariana Islands, ban a felon from practicing law in their jurisdictions. In all other jurisdictions, there is no absolute ban. However, if you do have a Felony is California, here is a list of privileges you do lose:  

• Voting
• Traveling abroad
• The right to bear arms or own guns
• Jury service
• Employment in certain fields
• Public social benefits and housing
• Parental benefits

However, you can still hold a valid law license and encourage a Court Justice to TAKE AWAY someone's Rights or even seek the Death Sentence for a convicted criminal, by a Convicted Criminal. What the most concerning part of this giant flaw I found is; these attorneys become Judges and Politicians. Making Laws, and enforcing Laws; meanwhile, shielding each-other from wrongdoing, hiding behind the "Blue Line". 

  The Reason this is so important; Alexandra McIntosh has been convicted of a Felony DUI in 2012 with injuries. McIntosh has been able to keep her Felony a secret because the Bar association currently does not have a mandatory arrest notification system and all arrests are to be reported on the honor system. Well, that was not done in this case.

 Look at the number of Civil cases surrounding Alexandra McIntosh (36+ and counting), along with 2 Restraining Order Request. These are the people who end up running our country or sitting as Judges.  Do not waste your time and money with this law firm. As Alexandra McIntosh is currently hiding from her criminal mistakes. Anyone who is willing to drive a car impaired, almost killing someone, probably shouldn’t be an “Officer of the Court”!

Alexandra McIntosh is a disgrace to the Law Profession, undermining our system. Until the Bar starts protecting the public and does “proper” background checks of more potential scam artist, I guess Rip-off Report is the only place to get truth.   Background Check:   Alexandra R.
