Payed $199 for full PR service as a model/ actress. Alan Baltes took my money via paypal and never delivered. He kept telling me for 1 year "I will get to it now." "Sorry, I will do it this week." etc. After a full year, I demanded my PR services or a refund. He said he "no longer wrote articles" (and never told me he stopped??) so I said I wanted a refund.
He took my address and said he would have my check in the mail that day. It never came. I asked again, and he said he was BROKE and that he'd get it to me "ASAP".
It has been 9 months and I have now reported him to the BBB. He has the audacity to LIE TO THE BBB and say "he never received a refund request". I have ALL of our emails back and forth + pay pal receipt of what I payed. I just saw on another report that he is using a different name. BEWARE OF THIS P.O.S.

The claim of this report being "old news" is 100% false and has NOT been dealt with by Alan Baltes. The current date and time is 10:38 P.M. EST on 7/31/2018 and I have NOT received my refund via Alan Baltes OR Paypal. I approached PayPal about a refund and to report Alan Baltes a year after I had not received services. Paypal told me that I only had 30 days to receive a refund from them, so they could NOT help me.
Pay me the $199.00 you stole from me and hundreds of others.

This is old information. All refunds have been issued a long time ago through Paypal.
