Aflac Accident Insurance Aflac Awful plan and service!
I have submitted 2 claims with Aflac 1. regarding an accident, and the other regarding a death.
Both times they have made this process miserable. Not only does it take an act of God to get them to cover a claim. They require that you do all of this while you are grieving a loss.
As if you do not already have enough on your mind to deal with. I would send information, forms, documents several times, and always they needed more.
Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

Aflac representative responded to me to help. LOL. Another cruel Joke.
I sent an email to their so called "Aflac Assistance" per their request....
Hmm. No response. That is a shocker. Again.
Take it from me. Stay as far away from this company as possible. It is a waste of money and time.
