Dear Howard
I was concerned to read your posting; as we both know, your order confirmation did NOT include 'white glove' delivery service.
Had it done so, you would have been charged something like $280 for delivery, which would have been noted clearly on your confirmation email.
You stated that 'white glove' delivery was agreed in a phone discussion with one of our representatives, however, in spite of several email requests from me, you would not respond with details of the time or date of the call. Had you done so, it would have enabled us to listen to a recording of the 'phone conversation - and address the matter immediately.
It saddens me greatly when professionals - no doubt highly-respected in their own field - contact me to assist with service issues, yet while I am working diligently to resolve them, continue to post unsupported allegations of poor customer service across multiple forums.
