Adelina Skin Care , St., Petersburg FL and Odessa FL I want to report this company as a Scam Organization in both St. Petersberg, FL and Odessa FL.(Adelina Skin products co.). I have called about 6 times trying to get my money refunded for skin care products i did not want. They shipped 3 boxes by usps and draied my grocery card account. They took a total of $569 and when i went to buy food, all i had on my card was $100. I realized that something did not seem right. When i looked at the paperwork that came with the boxes they shipped, there is no clear company name or a Return Address on the packing slip. When i call to ask for a correct shipping/return address, they try to give me another sales pitch. They make up many excuses for me not to get any refund. St Petersberg , Odessa Florida

The products are brand new, never opened and in mint condition. They could easily resell the product. I went to the bank to close my account and get a new account number to prevent the embezzlement from my account. It seems that they are determined to keep my money..... even though i said their product has never been used. They simply say everything is too late to do anything about it. They make up sales pitches and tricks. No one at this Adelina Skin wants to do the proper business procedures of refund to preserve the integrety of their company. Total Theft and not to be trusted ever again. The products have not been with me very long and they are just using excuses. I hope the BBB will contact them and let them know their reputation is at stake or maybe they don't care. rip off personal bank accounts located in St. Petersburg, FL and Odessa FL *

Offers a free trial but does not ask permission to charge or deplete your checking account. Charges are excessive 94.00 2x in one month. So i only had $100 left in my checking and could not buy food for my family as this company took $569 from my account with no approvals to do this. This happened so quickly and i did not get an alert from my bank in the mail. So for the months : April, May n June , they were charging 94.00 x 6 = 569.00
