Highly upset. Feel used and just heartbroken. I am currently taking care of my mother who is suffering from leukemia. Things are rough trying to keep a float. I rented a drawer from Conns but rent to own through AcceptanceNow. I was doing the 90 days same as cash. I was advised that i would get notifications on my payments before it was due. Before the first payment, I got an email notification. So, I trusted that i was getting notification. When I realized my 90 days was almost up. I called to make a payment. Rep advised that I would have to pay out my contract. I am paying double for what the dryer is worth. I asked to speak to supervisor. Supervisor was very nasty to me. They didnt hold up to their word of the notifications to rip off the consumer.

Director Lawrence called and apologized. He took payment for the 90 day same as cash.
