Order was shipped over a 3 day period in 5 boxes. Order would have fit in the one large box. I was charged shipping for each box. I understand their shipping policy but the customer has no choice in the matter. One package the shipping charge was more than the item itself. The orders are not back orders this is a procedure to make moneyas evidence boxes followed each other the next day. I received three boxes on one day all three items would have fit in one box yet the was 3 shipping charges. The Customer should know the shipping amount at time of purchase, whether anything is on back order and the shipping cost of those items. If the order is not shipped in one box the customer should be notified to cancel the delayed items. When placing order it will state shipping will be billed at the time of shipment at UPS Rates. This is nothing but a scam.
