It puzzles me how Abby has any clients at all. I toured a few schools with my daughter and we got in touch with Abby to advise on fit and best strategies for applications. She gave very strange impressions, most of which were just entirely false. She repeatedly made very distasteful jokes about us as African Americans. She charged us up front and it became very awkward when we decided we wanted to discontinue working with her, as she would not give a refund, even prorated.
Trust me, there are plenty of college counselors out there. Save yourself a buck and keep looking.
