problems:
*one device never operated.
*belt was used and worn on the inside when the product was received.
*second unit: worked for four sessions; then the "tingling sensation" occured; finally, it also does not operate.
*no vitamins in delivery.
*no operating or "work out" instructions.
*product was delivered well beyond the 30 day "trial period" according to the date on the invoice.
*the customer service number is ALWAYS buisy.
