I just got letter from Georgia Ceo of Aarons about my issue. They told me I have a contract I signed and to RE-THINK my plans on lawyer and not paying due to the contract I signed. They had NO SIMPOTHY and didnt care i been a long-time customer with no previous problems,or payments and bought ALL merchandise i rented with no returns. Didnt sound nice in letter to me demanding I pay,and I kept all letters and phone records of harrassment. Even loving Aarons and having been on camera and willing to take lie detector with a witness did not change their attitude.
I hae great cedit which will be messed up for this but I WILL NOT BE BULLIED into paying. They LIED TO GET CONTRACT and its ON THEIR CAMERA! It was closing time, seller was in hurry and didnt want me read each page, I ASKED "OK I GOT 1 QUESTION,if this camera dont work for my job can it be returned without further purchase? He Said "YES,but U WONT GET DEPOSIT or MONTHLY PAYMENT BACK! And i said "Ok but further payments will be cancelled? He said YES! So we signed quicktly and on camera this ALL was done.
Im very upset and tired of the harrassment and they will NEVER get my business again! Sad!!!
