Aarons Rental Aarons has a guarantee that their prices are the lowest and they are suppose to give back your money if you find anything else are at lease some of it and they didnt Crowley Louisiana
I have been renting with Aarons for about five months now and their prices are guaranteed to be the losest prices and I just so happened to find another icebox, washer, and drier for about $2,000 less then Aarons. I have twin 10 month old children, so when my babysitter quit I missed a lot of work so I could not make this months payment but however they have a holiday pay thing where you can skip a half of month and I used on of them to get me to the first of the month.
So when I called Aarons to come get their stuff because I found a place thats cheaper they said ok that they were going to come get it latter that day and I asked them how much money they were going to return to me because they guarantee their prices and they said that I was not going to get back anything because my contract expired on the 15th but I had sind the paper and everything so my contract would not expire til the 1st and then I said well never mined.
I was just going to keep it because I already had put about $1,000 into it already and they said that they were going to still come get my stuff because they can.

Sir or madam, Our low price guarantee states that if you find merchadise of the same make and model at a lower price (retail or total cost of ownership) we will beat their price or give you $100.00 (one hundred dollars) and that you have within 30 days of your original lease date to do so. And we say retail we mean buying it out right none of those gimmicks or payment options CASH IN HAND. No where in the agreement does it state that we will our would give you money back on merchandise that you have used. It's like if you leased a car and when the lease was up you could (a) pay off the car or (b) return it...do you think for one minute that the dealership will give you the money back that you paid into it? And as far as you complaining about the merchandise being pre-leased you saw it on the showroom floor and signed the agreement understanding that it was pre-leased and not brand new. Have a good day and remember.... NOBODY BEATS AARON'S!!!!!

I had forgot to mention that the ice box,washer, and drier was preowned and had cracks and scratches on an in it.
