...Then I had to wait two to three days before I got my $1,200 back. as I'm driving away from his building I notice a rattle and that they didn't connect any of my radio wires back together which led me to find that there was no fluid what so ever in my transmission so I had to go back to his freaken shop again for them to reconnect my radio wires and for them to top off with transmission fluid. All of that took away from my small amount of vacation time I get a year. After I get back from vacation I had to take my car back to them again so they could fix the loose muffler they didn't reattach properly. Now I have just recently learned that my transmission was not put together properly and have a serious transmission leak that has to be fixed asap. To be exact my transmission rear main seal wasn't properly secured on right. The owner and his staff not only rip you off with money but they don't even put together the transmission right and take the longest time doing it the wrong way. Highly unprofessional I am convinced that the owner's friends or family members put the lies about great service and satisfaction when really it's the exact opposite...

I was off to a bad start when AAMCO Transmissions failed to inform me information, statuses and updates on my vehicle. The owner responded to me like I was making it a inconvenience for him by asking for updates and pick up dates which kept getting pushed to the right. The owner failed to do my transaction correctly. I ended up paying him an additional $1,200 to $1,500 because he was confused about what he charged me. It was a big inconvenience for me to get my money back when I have a family of four that I have to provide for making money tight during that time period. When I finally picked up the vehicle from his shop I right away notice twodeficiencies that led me to a third. The first deficiency was they did not properly secure my muffler to my vehicle which created a rattle every time I drove somewhere. The second deficiency was my radio wires we're disconnected not so much a big deal but should have been reconnected prior to handing over the vehicle. My third deficiency that I found was they forgot to put transmission fluid into my vehicle. Which is a big problem because I could have gotten into an accident because of that. Now I just recently learned that I have a leak from the transmission rear main seal. I understand that I have a 2004 Ford Escape which is old but I paid $2,500 roughly to get my transmission fixed and I have had nothing but problems ever since I used their service.
