On December 4th I ordered a grafitti baseball, and 2 Bronco pillows from 4-fans.com. They sent me 1 eamil that same day stating they had received my order and that the order number was 1573 and the date and time was December 4 2003 at 8:50 AM.

To this date I have never recieved anything from UPS nor have they replied to any of my many emails about my order. Everytime I try to call 1-800-391-7437 the phone is always busy no matter what time you call. I truly believe that this is a bogis website and hope that no one else will order anything from here.

I dont understand your thinking at all. As a consumer you are very protected with an internet purchase. You can get a refund by calling the Credit Card company even if you dont like the color of something. In this case you simply say you never recived your item. They money will come back to you, and it will come from Online Data Corp and the money they have. Upgrading our site look is free. We are hopeing to maybe sell it and recoup our losses. Make no mistake, we are devistated here. And I welcome any law enforcement inquiry to get more attention to this problem.

Just checked out 4-fans site, looks like they have money to upgrade that. Now offer FedEx as way of shipping! Guess I won't feel sorry for them now! They still have my money, I have no merchandise. Internet fraud is a federal offense, it should be reported. I did. You can do it online with IFCC email them at: [email protected] or type in internet fraud and go to any gov. website. Don't give up! Be persistant!! A number for 4-fans, if it's still working, does have a voicemail, not that they reply (I've called many times), is not toll free, 1609 249-5805. It's in New Jersey.

We were devistated for a bit. Our host monster commerce is trying to help us and we are keeping the site open and NO ORDERS are really being processed. There is NO CC gateway. So the order would go thru but not be charged and we Cant see the CC numbers. They are encrypted. If the site just disappears it would look worse. There is going to be a news story on NBC10 Phila About all of this. We were interviewed yesterday. ODC wouldnt talk. Kindest Regards, Beth

Ok, I will contact my bank ( hope what you say is true), now you have to "Pull" your website. There are, probably, others who are ordering from you who won't get their stuff. If you don't have funds, you don't have a company. Sorry for you, sorry for me, sorry for others. P.S.- Why didn't you respond to emails and phone messages??

Hello, I want to respond to these complaints. We were vicims here also please see reports in this site about online data corp. In Illinois! This company processed our payments for us, and kept the money, at the same time we were shipping and paying for our orders, some of our items are dropshipped from suppliers. This went on for about 5 weeks, and we exploded in sales for the holidays. Online data was withdrawing 5 times a day from our accounts, and holding our funds. Our suppliers couldnt get paid eventually and wouldnt ship. Wouldnt even tell us who got shipped and who didt. You do have recorse here, and that is to call your bank and do a chargeback, then they have to give you your money. We do not have any funds. I know theyve made us look like the crooks here. But we are the ones ruined from this. WE are investigationg them now and I hope this site will co-operate with authorities to put us in touch with other complaintants.
