20/20 Eyeglass Superstore INCOMPLETE EYE EXAM, WRONG PRESCRIPTION, DOCTOR IS LAZY and MEAN Casselberry Florida
The doctor here told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes, yet never once actually LOOKED at my eyes. When I told him I had trouble seeing at night, he responded "yeah? so does everyone else." He was insulting and the exam he performed was rushed and incomplete. I drove down the street the same day to get a complete eye exam at Lenscrafters, and found out I have astigmatism. I drove BACK to 20/20 to inquire about a refund. I explained to the manager that I didn't feel the doctor had performed a thorough exam and never mentioned my having an astigmatism. The manager, Mr. Mastrangelo, told me it was a "matter of opinion". Further, he refused to provide me any contact information for his superior so that I may contact him directly. I have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Board of Optometry.
*Just a note: the woman I met at Lenscrafters said her and her father had the same experience years ago with this same doctor. He is incredibly rude, and I get the impression he is this way with everyone. He will rush you in and out, relying solely on the results of the computer and never look at your eyes. I don't know how he gets away with such lame work, but I hope he suffers some consequence for treating people the way he does.

I don't know how he gets away with such lame work, but I hope he suffers some consequence for treating people the way he does.
