The pass themselves as a Quicken service company, Called them / Frank White technician 1-877-980-4312 (Phone not working now)convince me to send him a checck for 499.75 for aa 3 year contract that will supply me with all the patches for quicken 18. After he worked on my quicken (I could not connect to my financial institution. Fixed the connection temporarily.
Next day when In quicken and trying to connect tothr institutions, thr same screen came up (NEED TO ACTIVARE SOFTWAR) I called the phone number, the phone does not ring after dialing the number no connection at all.i CALLEd THAT PHONE NUMBER after the dialiing is finish, no dial tone or anything.
I will calling Quicken and Intuit to inform them oa this people that are passing themselves for them,
I believe that I have been taken by the 499.75. What should I do next?
