1st choice home renovations Jonathon Davis Jonathon Davis is a scam artist Texas
We were going to hire him for a full remodel, 1st ref flag was h showed up with his girlfriend and a run down Ford Taurus but I gave him benefit. Got pricing from him and prices seemed in line but i wanted references so he gave me 2 numbers and both spoke highly . Still not convinced I looked online and could not find anything. So we decided to give him a chance on the small bathroom remodel and he agreee and said he will dive costs and. It want money till it is done. I was going out of town the following week for him to get started we were providing all material so he didn't need a deposit but he called any way asking for 3k for a 5k remodel and with me providing material so I told him no because he asked for money nothing was to be done till we got back After returning he stopped taking calls and his voicemail was full . I decided to search him again but. No results till I included contractor and Low a behold those dude has popped everywhere 2009-13 he was in Florida scamming 2013 -15 he was in Dallas scamming people Now in 2017 he is in Houston and I suspect he has already scammed people here Hopefully with me including construction it will allow people to search him out better
