He did the EXACT same thing to me. He stole over $6,000 from me. You need to go to the Dallas PD fraud department (on lamar street). We are building an active case against him to have him arrested. He has done this in other states too (as you can clearly see), and we need to protect the citizens of the DFW from this con artist! If you try to have him summoned, he will just say thats not him, and that he has no ID. This is what the constable who tried to serve him, told me. 

Don't waste your time trying to reason with him. I have over 20 pages of evidence, of him abandoning his work, and then claiming he was fired (when he wasn't.) from many different sources (so sad). Basically, he will start the work, then leave and never return. Lets put this guy behind bars. Please please please, call me 254-702-4533 Terry 

Also, try to have the cops deal with him. He was once arrested for beating a pregnant woman (so sad)...

First things first.  This fraudulent and fake report looks like it was typed up by a first grader.  Someone needs to learn some basic spelling and grammar.  Cheyenne (Shane) Signo (if that's his real name) advertises on Craigslist as J&S Handyman.  Shane Signo claims to be an experienced contractor and handyman, but Shane Signo is a fraud.  He knows nothing about remodeling and left my property in a mess.  The only good thing is that he will not be coming back on my property.  Shane Signo's accusations of me making sexual advances towards him shows his immaturity and lack of class.  I'm not sure anybody in this world would make a sexual advance at Shane Signo.  

If you google the Signos, especially on Ripoff Report, you will see that they are a family of criminals who have stolen from many people in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Texas, Pennsylvania and Georgia.  Shane actually brought his "Uncle John", who is actually "Hank" Signo onto my property - a person who has at least four mugshots on this website and online.  They are both thieves.  They stole $7,500.00 from me and did nothing.  Shane Signo showed up maybe two days around noon, smoked cigarettes and threw his nasty cigarette butts in my yard, left trash all over my yard, and did nothing but mess up my bathroom.  I have an investigator, a former police officer, tracking him down.  I have also prepared police reports to file with three police departments.  This thief stole my money and is living off of it until he steals from his next victim.  I found another report from Fort Worth today where Shane Signo stole from someone else.  This person said he came slinking around their neighborhood looking for money.  I also know that his phone number comes up as "Shane Miller" on Caller ID.  Who is Shane Miller?  Just another fake name for a scammer.  His "Uncle John's" (Hank Signo) comes up as "John Signal".  Who is John Signal?  Just another fake name for a scammer.  

Shane Signo can say whatever he wants to say.  He's a liar, a thief, a scammer and a worthless individual who thinks nothing of stealing from people.  Yes, I should have done my homework and I learned a valuable lesson.  Shane Signo is an unlicensed, uninsured thief.  Once I found out what kind of thieves they are, I did not want them back on my property.  That's not "firing" anybody.  That's staying away from knwon criminals and scumbags who steal from hard working people.  Instead of owning the fact that he is a thief and a scumbag, Shane Signo has to come back with false allegations of someone making sexual advances towards him.  Shane Signo needs to understand that what goes around comes around.  

I'm looking forward to having my home remodeled with a reputable, honest, insured and icensed contractor who has good reviews and no mugshots all over the internet.
