We ordered a NEW heater control panel from Zeddsaver and received a used part that was scratched and mickey moused together on the back of the panel. We informed Zeddsaver that we were not happy with the misrepresentation of this item, as we were told it was a NEW panel. Norm, (proprietor of Zeddsaver) blocked us from contacting him at all when we informed him that we did not feel a restocking fee was appropriate as the item was not as described. He ultimately agreed to give a full refund once we retuned the part which was returned and received on 6/15/23. We have all of the documentation to support our claim. His way of doing business is profanity and blocking.
