Zaffron Shimon Locksmith unknown scammed 1000 when he stated the price was 200.00. He also attempted to make other fraudulent charges on my credit card number San Pedro CA
Toyota was sending a locksmith to open car. He called and said he was on his way. I asked him if he was from Toyota and he indicated thet he was without actually confirming it.
Toyota said it would cost less than $200.00. He spent less than 30 minutes, most of which he said was to reconfirm the computer.
He never gave me a price or invoice and then charged over $1000.00 on my credit card. Later that same day severeal more charges were attempted on my card by this individual.
