Yosimite smog and electric Goerge ruiz Put a lien on my car stole my $1500 and tryd to charge another $1500 for a $800 transmission Oakhust California
Me and goerge ruiz agreed to have a used transmission put in my honda it cost $800 I gave him $1500 dollars and he agreed if there were anymore payments that I could make payments. I kept calling to see if my car was done nothing took months finally after 3 months he put a lien on my vehicle falsely said I needed to pay him another $1500 .what a scam artist he sold my car because I was upset on the phone for being treated like s#%t . He ows me alot of money and just because he owns a business dont mean he can treat people and there hard earned things like that. I feel sorry for anyone who has been through this company's think they can take
advantage of people

I dont go out of my way to hurt anyone but this company does .all I wanted was my transmission to get fixed I would have never paid that much money up front if I knew I was going to be targeted for theft of my stuff . If your on there bad side you'll pay the price .I did and I want justice an apology and my car and money back.
Goerge lied to the bbb about me a our conversation on payment arrangements he is now in the process of being investigated by all sorts of other government agencies .that's how serious I am about my stuff my money he stole from me wrongfully
