XBid.com They will not answer my e-mails and I want a refund. California, Internet

I have sent various e-mails to inquire about receiving a refund for funds transferred from my account.  I was charged $75 for bids I was not totally aware that I was purchasing.  They claim that in their "Terms of Service" there is an e-mail and physical address listed.  IT IS NOT.  I have reviewed the "Terms of Service" multiple times and do not find this information.  Is xbids.com a fraud?
