Absolute FRAUD Company! I worked briefly for them and they promised IN WRITING a base salary as well as commission. After just one week of training and one week of work I managed to secure 12 different applications for funding 2 of which went to underwriting. One of them was a potential $1 million deal and they absolutely refused to pay even base salary claiming I hadn't met the fundamental requirements. I reminded James that BASE salary isn't based on performance it's hours worked.
I have filed a case with the Florida Department of Labor.
The reason they fired me is I was asking too many questions about the company. This is clearly one guy working out of his basement probably no employees who works with some underwriting company.
No one EVER answers the phone. There is no physical address on the website.
VMs are all usually full. I attempted to reach the extensions of certain employees just to find out they were made up too. Business owners are constantly left hanging and not called back. When I asked to speak to any other person in the company he immediately fired me.
I am filing a a claim in small claims as well
