I had the most horrendous experience with Web Design Harbour, and I urge everyone to steer clear of this deceitful and money-grabbing company. I was initially contacted by Todd, who promised me a full website without any hidden fees for $700. I was assured I'd receive a call from their designer within two days, which I did. After approving the mockup, Todd sneakily upsold me on a lifetime domain, hosting, and all security services, which I agreed to under the impression that there were no more hidden costs. He emphasized, not once but thrice, that if I wasn't satisfied with the service, my money would be 100% refundable. This turned out to be the biggest lie ever!
Just when I thought everything was set, I was contacted by Shaun after a week, who then connected me to their "manager" from the UK. This person convinced me to purchase 15 keywords from Google for an additional 2500 CAD, despite me already providing keywords. To my horror, I later realized that the charges showing up on my bank statement were from a dating app. When I demanded a refund, they flat-out denied it.
I feel utterly cheated and am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against Web Design Harbour. Please, for your own sake, do not do any business with these fraudsters. They are masters of deception and will squeeze every penny out of you without delivering any real value.

Issue that I had with WebDesign Harbour was resolved without further issues. Both parties found the best way to work bad communication out and came to positive outcome.

Hello, regarding my previous comment about Web Design Harbour and their employees Shaun and Todd, I've discovered that Ripoff Report doesn't remove old comments. I'd like to clarify that I had a misunderstanding about the work they were doing for my website. In simple terms, the work they've done is great and my website very good.
