I went online and placed an order on their app for groceries paying with with my debit card  only to have them turn around and cancel it without me knowing and they keep lying saying they refunded my money to my debit card and still haven't. I've contacted them several times online by chat asking to speak with a manager which they won't let me speak to and keep giving me the run around about refunding my $148.83 to my debit card and its been over a week since with no refund in sight. They then turn around and charge me for 108.00 yearly membership fee i never signed up for I found out which they quickly refunded however still won't refund my 148.83. I tried filing a dispute with my bank but its still in a pending state so they can't until they post it which they haven't so my money is still tied up by Walmart for no reason.
