Vixen Lace Wigs Lethavier Roberts Scam/rip-off, Internet
Just set your money on fire before you patronize this company.This company sells Lace Wigs. I placed my order, and The items I ordered came promptly. The problems arose when I checked my unit. The units look beautiful on the website, but they began to shed and the caps are loose,ill-fitting, or its not what you ordered.I ordered 2 more units in hopes that they would be better. I thought maybe I had not given the proper attention to what would work best for my head shape and size. This time she didnt even send out what I requested.
The website will show you a picture, but when I receved the unit it was not what I ordered. Upon trying to get an exchange for the incorrect order, I received 1 email apologizing and telling me to email the order number for a return authorization form. I sent the email the same day and I havent heard from this company since the first email. I tried to reach someone through the Facebook profile and to my horror I found out that this company has done this scam to numerous people. Some people have never received items they paid for! Now she just erases the negative comments and never responds to customers request. Take your time and research these companies before you get scammed like I did.
