Verizon, ESBI, Rocket Communications FRAUD Nationwide
On my May 2008 telephone bill with Verizon I had an increase of $ 12.95, a charge from a company called Rocket Communications whom I have never heard of. I called them they cancelled the charge and said this was a one of a kind event. On my June Verizon telephone bill I got an increase of $14.95 from ESBI for (One email A Day service of May 22, 2008. I called them and told them to get this off my bill as I never heard of them. They too said it was a one of a kind event. I tried to call Verizon and was on the phone on hold for over an hour and gave up. I am now writing a formal complaint with the Federal Communications (FCC) as this is fraud plain and simple and they are doing it to people all over the country. Verizon probably gets a percentage of the money collected and turns its eyes on bad business practices. We are held hostage by a phone company who is allowing cramming bogus charges on peoples phone bill including seniors. I hope someone is planning a class action lawsuit.

Hi I work for Rocket Communications in SF and we have been getting alot of Angry calls....we are NOT the company billing you ....the company you really want is Rocket Communications Services in Florida or www.rocketvoicemail.com...thier number is 888-300-0549....
