On July 5th and August 5th 2023 I had made two separate transactions from an external wallet using Bitcoin to my venmo Bitcoin wallet using the address they provided. I've given them all the information the links they even confirmed the address was correct and the transactions were confirmed on the blockchain. But for unknown reasons neither their support team supervisors or apparently the engineers at venmo.com are able to understand why the money was confirmed but not showing in my account and I'm not able to get it nobody's able to get it for me and I am just lost negative $364 all together. It has been a month and still no updates or valid explanation or resolution it's ridiculous stay away

A grate an true question in deed. Well to be completely transparent it was an accident the second time. I guess the wallet address was pinned in my clipboard on my phone and I did that so not to lose it originally, but instead of posting where the second transaction was supposed to go I sent it to that same address twice.......NOW here's the kicker. I am going to remove this post or mark satisi, I actually received a genuine phone call from a Venmo executive who was super kind and helpful today and even tho Venmo originally told me that address was theirs they traced it and it belongs to SQUARE/CASHAPP Not even Venmo lol. As much of a pain this has been that kind lady truly helped me an though I don't have action that cashapp no more I'm in touch with them to get my money back and I'll be removing the post about Venmo as atleast they really have tried and even helped me figure out where that money went to. So thanks guys

Why did you send the 2nd transaction if the first one was never confirmed? First rule of crypto transactions - always send small amount first to a new wallet address to test the water, if that works, then you know you are good. So the question is, if the first transaction never went through, why would you then send a 2nd?
