VALENTUS HAS THE WORST, TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND EXCRUCIATINGLY S-L-O-O-o-o-w PRODUCT DELIVERY. I never received my Builder's Pack (Reference Amount $664.95) after waiting for almost a month now. Their customer support is ONLY an email, with ZERO Phone Number.
So far, I have sent many, many emails to [email protected] marked ***URGENT*** with ZERO Response. I ordered 16 Tubs of their SlimRoast Coffee in good faith and Paid $664.95 of my hard-earned money + $149.00 for the DittoTouch which I will never be able to use.
I am extremely disappointed and want my money back under the Terms of Valentus' 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. I NEVER received a whiff of a product and absolutely ZERO Response to my emails. Valentus is Lousy, Lousy, Lousy. Lousy Customer Support. Lousy Service. Lousy Product Fulfillment.

Valentus, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, HORRIBLE PRODUCT DELIVERY, AND HEAVILY-FOCUSED-ON-RECRUITMENT-TO-EARN INCOME MLM COMPENSATION PLAN.
We are pleading to the United States Securities And Exchange Commission and the South Dakota Office of the Attorney General and to South Dakota's Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg to please investigate this MLM Pyramid Scheme that focuses heavily on Compensating based on perrennial Recruiting to compensate members.
Other similar MLM Ponzi Pyramid Schemes of this ilk have been shut down in the past. New Zealand and Sweden has already banned this company in their respective countries with product warnings from Canada(https://www.tvnz.co.nz/one-news/new-zealand/government-agency-medsafe-confirms-valentus-diet-coffee-contains-class-c-drug-warns-against-use ) and the Philippines. Why is this company still open to scam hardworking people's hard-earned moneys?
I am also appealing to our beloved Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, The Philippine Securities and Echange Commission, Food and Drug Administration, and the Philippine Department of Justice's Cybercrime Division that they should swiftly investigate and shut this company down from doing business in the Philippines ASAP.
The Trading Company that imports Valentus products into the Philippines is called Valentus Health Trading Corp ([email protected]) Valentus is hurting countless people and harming entire families by wrecking their health and scamming us by taking our moneys, NEVER Delivering the products we ordered, and NEVER giving us our moneys back as REFUNDS.
Valentus publishes a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on their website but does not appear to make good on them. Anyone who's contemplating joining this Valentus MLM or buying from Valentus, please learn from my mistake. Save yourself the trouble and heartache.
