Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

USFCR was hired to help obtain the SAMSHA registration code and cage codes that are needed in order to apply for grants through which I was supposed to be able to use the grant writers to assist in the grant writing process.  Since July 13th, 2022 I have not received any assistance nor has an explanation been provided that would explain the lack of communication from USFRC. I did not receive services for which I have paid over 3000.00 and I remain without codes that would allow me to apply for grants plus for ever grant that was submitted I never received a call from anyone from the grant department. What I did receive was an email stating that I did not qualify although no one ever called to obtain information about my companies and there are three of which two are non-profit and one is for profit. Since paying this organization I have had to call and email to only be given partial answers that did not resolve the issue at hand. This organization did not earn the monies provided because I am still without access to federal contracts and SAMSHA codes to apply for funding, and because of this I was not able to bid on any contracts in Florida because again I received no documentation that shows what has been applied for or where I am in the process of receiving codes. I have been working with Robert Sipes who now will not return a call and got a call yesterday from Ms. Paige that stated she sent an email with documents that needed my attention to correct the strange part 24 hours later there still remains no email.  No one has taken my concerns seriously and as with most companies working capital and federal contracts can be the lifeline to success or failure with any business, and seeing how I operate several businesses that are community-based it is very hard for me to believe that I don't qualify for any grants or that it takes six months to be registered with SAMSHA when I operate a company that deals with mental health and substance abuse. There is no excuse for the poor treatment and lack of communication that I have received from this organization.
