I requested list of physicians and received a list that was woefully incomplete. There was not even 1% listings of physicians in the area. I asked for an explanation and the reply was, "Sure, that is explained in the terms that you agreed to before and again after purchasing https://usbizdata.com/terms.php."
The disclosure states "THEREFORE, IT MAY CONTAIN IN EXCESS OF 25% OBSOLETE, ERRONEOUS AND/OR DUPLICATE DATA DEPENDING ON THE DATA TYPE AND SOURCES USED." which is more than reasonable. Duplications and unedited lists are a reasonable expectation, a list which does not include even a small percentage of items is not acceptable.
Refund policy: Refunds: In the terms above, we have done our best to explain how our data is sourced and what you can expect from it. If anything is unclear to you, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing. All of our $297 databases have a "Try Before You Buy" offer (see the product pages for details), and there are absolutely no refunds on those products or any product "bundles". However, if you purchase any of our $47 databases and find it doesn't meet your specific needs or expectations, please email us and we will work with you to get you the data you need. If we are unable to do so, we will issue you a full refund (at our discretion). We want to be your #1 data resource! *Only (1) $47 refund allowed per customer.
This was obviously not followed.
I paid $49 dollars for the list which is a very small price to pay but I didn't expect such a pithy list and in addition a worse excuse for the lack of data. Do not purchase, there is not value in this service!
